Having founded and built several businesses for over 30 years, Andrew is a proven entrepreneur. He is a highly capable leader who can foresee the potential in solving market problems and creating commercial opportunities. Andrew has consistently used his perceptive powers to craft a vision that guides the organisation to deliver customer focused outcomes. His commercial acumen is complimented by his exceptional skills in automation and process control. With a unique ability to identify new market opportunities, establish new businesses and grow them into substantial enterprises, Andrew has achieved in the areas of thermodynamics, refrigeration and in the design of many types of machinery, including blood plasma freezers for all of Australia’s major blood banks.

Andrew has extensive knowledge in design and manufacturing of automated machinery. He has won awards for his design – including the 1999 Young Entrepreneur Award through the Weekly Times and the Hugh McKay Innovators award (NRE excellence in Science) for his design, development and work with freeze-dryers.

With a passion for natural therapies, a belief in the extensive benefits of medicinal cannabis and a vision for the future, Andrew created OneLife Botanicals in 2019.
